Mozoo is seeking an Agency Sales Manager in our London office passionate about mobile and working with our proprietary technology to help agencies and their clients engage with consumers through their mobile device. The ASM will be the key point of contact for their allocated agency patch so the ability to open and foster strong relationships at all levels is crucial.

In addition to sales, communication and presentation skills needed for the role, the Agency Sales Manager should possess technical skills including knowledge around SDK’s set up and programmatic trading.


  • Responsible for generating mobile brand and performance advertising revenue from a specific agency patch.
  • Present and articulate complex creative and technical solutions to agency planners and programmatic traders for both In-App and Mobile Web.
  • Work closely internally with Account Managers and the delivery team to monitor campaign success.
  • Maximise market share and win new business in order to achieve given revenue targets.
  • Educate and coach customers on how to gain value from the service.
  • Serve as a customer advocate by providing best practices and communicate the product roadmap.
  • Take full ownership of all advertiser relationships.
  • Attend industry events to strengthen and expand and nurture your extensive network.
  • Work closely with internal teams including marketing, product, finance and sales to collaborate to drive growth.


  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Min 2-4 years’ digital sales experience preferably within a mobile media environment.
  • You have technical knowledge and experience around SDK integration.
  • Good understanding of programmatic trading.
  • Core knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and pricing models.
  • Trustworthy and reliable to partners.
  • You are a natural relationship builder, passionate to build and widen your network of contacts.
